That thing kept my life in order because I could write down my classes and homework, my work schedule, functions with student organizations and my fraternity. I also find it is much easier to get things done when you have written them down in a list. Something psychological about completing the written task and crossing it off is important to me. Today I don't use a planner as much as I used to. My Outlook calendar keeps track of most of my stuff and I set reminders for certain things in it. I also set email reminders for when bills come due even though I never forget about a bill or making a payment (knocks on wood). Glad you’re getting back on track. I've gotten spoiled by getting free calendars from my college every year, but the last page of this one is for the week after finals so I guess I'll need to go buy a planner.
